Shipping & Returns

DGO Access Policies:  Shipping, Returns, Warranties and Cancellations

Shipping:

Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method (USPS, UPS, etc), weight, package dimensions if applicable (odd size) and destination. There is commonly a packaging/handling charge included in our quoted rates. We typically ship an item the next business day and do not do any shipping on weekend or holidays. Transit time depends on both the carrier and shipping option, for instance, first class mail, UPS ground, next day air, etc. Expect 3-5 business days within the United States and 15 for international shipments, although we cannot guarantee these numbers. International shipments may also include additional customs fees.

Cancellations:

Call us at 303-485-1700 8am to 5pm Mountain Time to cancel an order. If the order has not yet been shipped we will cancel it free of charge. If it has been shipped we charge a 10% restocking fee plus the shipping charges.

Returns:

You may return unused items to DGO Access within 30 days of purchase. You will need to call us at 303-485-1700 to get a return authorized. Returned items must be returned in their original box, in unused condition and include all items such as batteries, components, accessories and instructions provided in the manufacturer's packaging box/container. Damaged, incomplete and used items will not be accepted as a valid return nor will the items be sent back to you. You will be directed to include a copy of the receipt with the return. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping and handling/packaging charges are non-refundable.

Warranties:

Except for items clearly marked as used or refurbished all merchandise we sell is new and we offer a 30 day replacement policy if returned to DGO Access in the event of failure. Beyond 30 days you will need to adhere to the manufacturers' warranties which may include registering products. We reserve the right to test an item to verify that it is defective before approving a return/exchange. If it is determined to be defective then there will be no shipping charge assessed for sending the item(s) back to you; otherwise if determined to not be defective shipping and handling charges will be assessed.
